- 3 lbs apples
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ cup water
- 1-3 tbsp white or brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- Core and slice your apples. No need to peel them!
- Plop your apples into the slow cooker with a ½ cup of water.
- Cook on low for 6 hours until apples are tender.
- Blend with an immersion blender until it has a smooth consistency. (Use a potato masher if your don't have an immersion blender!)
