Homemade Italian Dressing Recipe

A simple and classic dressing for pasta salads or greens!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Add salt and pepper taste.
  • Cover or seal and store in the refrigerator.
  • Use extra dressing within 3 weeks.
