Homemade Italian Dressing Recipe
A simple and classic dressing for pasta salads or greens!

- 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
Add salt and pepper taste.
Cover or seal and store in the refrigerator.
Use extra dressing within 3 weeks.
