In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt.
Slowly add water and oil, and mix thoroughly with your hands.
Continue to mix until you achieve a dough-like consistency. Once you have your dough, transfer to a flat surface.
Knead until smooth, then divide the dough into 12 equal portions. Sprinkle with flour, then set aside.
Heat a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat.
Roll each piece of dough flat (into a tortilla-shaped circle) and transfer to the pan, one at a time. Cook for around 60 seconds, then flip and cook for 30 seconds more. Transfer to a plate and cover while you repeat the process.
Serve immediately and enjoy or freeze for later!
