Homemade Balsamic Glaze Recipe
The king of all sauces! Make your own balsamic glaze using this super simple and quick recipe and never worry about having to buy that expensive bottle from the store again.
Servings: 1 cup
- 16 oz balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup sugar
Add vinegar and sugar to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Lightly boil (don't burn it!) until it's reduced by half, stirring occasionally.
Allow to cool, then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
