cup
teriyaki sauce, divided
1
lb
boneless, skinless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
2
tbsp
olive oil
¼
cup
orange juice
Cooked rice
Steamed broccoli
Sesame seeds, optional
Instructions
Add ¼ cup teriyaki sauce and chicken to a bowl and toss to combine.
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken to the pan in batches (if needed) so pan isn't overcrowded.
Cook until golden on all sides and cooked all the way through, about 4-5 minutes. Once done, remove from the pan.
Add orange juice to the pan and cook for a few minutes, scraping the bottom of the pan.
Return chicken to the pan and add 1 cup teriyaki.
Bring to a boil and then remove from heat.
Add rice and broccoli to a bowl, then top with chicken and sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
