Ingredients
FOR THE DRESSING

mayo
or Greek yogurt

BBQ sauce

Dijon mustard
or yellow mustard

Worcestershire sauce

FOR THE SALAD
2-3
heads
romaine lettuce, chopped
1 (15 oz)
can
black beans, drained and rinsed
or pinto beans
1/2
red onion, diced
1/2
cup
chopped cilantro

slices
bacon, cooked and chopped
or ⅓ cup real bacon bits

red bell pepper, diced
can sub green or orange bell pepper

grape tomatoes, chopped
or 1 cup diced tomatoes

shredded monterey jack or cheddar cheese

shredded BBQ beef,
or 3 cups shredded beef combined with 1 cup of BBQ sauce
Instructions
For the dressing, whisk together all of the ingredients until combined and refrigerate until ready to use.
Toss together all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl and serve with dressing on the side.
