Ingredients

For The Slaw Mix

  • 1 head green cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 head purple cabbage, shredded
  • 2 carrots, peeled & shredded

For The Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayo or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar or honey
  • 1/2 tsp celery seeds
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Shred all cabbage and carrots and toss together in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients.
  • Pour dressing over slaw mix and toss to combine.
  • Recommended: refrigerate 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to develop and slaw to soften.
