Homemade Pancake Mix Recipe

Pancake Mix (will make 7 cups)

all-purpose flour

sugar

baking powder

baking soda

salt
Pancakes (will make 6 pancakes)
1
cup
pancake mix
¾
cup
milk
1
egg
1
tsp
vanilla extract

Tbsp
butter, melted
Instructions
Pancake Mix
In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
Mix together and store in an airtight container until you're ready to use.
For the Pancakes
Put pancake mix in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
Whisk in the melted butter.
Add the egg mixture to the pancake mix bowl. Mix, but don't worry about getting all of the lumps out.
Make pancakes and enjoy!
Notes
To freeze pancakes, flash freeze on a sheet pan, then store in a freezer bag. Reheat frozen pancakes in the microwave for 30 seconds.
