Lucky Charms Treats

- 1 stick (½ cup) butter
- 10-oz pkg marshmallows
- 6 cups Lucky Charms cereal
Line 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper or foil. (If using foil, grease really well and leave some hanging over.)*
Melt butter in a stockpot over medium heat.
Stir in marshmallows until completely melted. (If they start to brown, remove from heat and continue stirring until melted.)
Remove from heat and stir in Lucky Charms until completely coated.
Pour into lined pan and allow to cool and set up. (Stick them in the fridge if you need them to set up quicker before cutting!)
Once set, remove from pan and place on a cutting board. Remove the liner and cut with a sharp knife. Enjoy!
*You can use a 9x13 baking dish if you want thinner treats or need to make them stretch to feed more people!
Storage: If you don't plan to eat them all at once, you can freeze them! Individually wrap each treat in plastic wrap and store in an airtight freezer bag. When ready to eat, allow to thaw on the counter. Feel free to pop it in the microwave for a few seconds to make them gooey again!
