Ingredients
2kiwis, peeled and diced
2mangoes, peeled and diced
1 cupraspberries
2cupsstrawberries, diced
2tbspwhite sugar
1tbspbrown sugar
3tbspstrawberry preserves
½sweet onion, dicedoptional
Instructions
Wash, peel, and dice fruit.
Add fruit to a large mixing bowl, and stir in the sugar and preserves. Mix thoroughly, then cover with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Serve with your favorite chip or cracker and enjoy!

Pro Tip: This salsa tastes incredible with sweet potato tortilla chips! Buy them, or make your own sweet potato chips in the oven. Just thinly slice a sweet potato, drizzle with olive oil, and bake at 400˚F for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
