Remove frozen rolls from the freezer and allow to thaw for about an hour, then cut each roll into 4 pieces and place in a large bowl. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray. Set aside.
To the bowl of rolls, add the pizza sauce and 1/2 cup of cheese. Stir to coat the rolls in the sauce, then spread the mixture into your prepared baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap and allow rolls to rise for 30 minutes to 2 hours, until doubled in size. Remove plastic wrap and top with the remaining cheese and desired toppings.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve with extra pizza/marinara sauce and a side salad.
Notes
How do you like your pizza? Try with diced veggies like bell peppers, mushrooms, olives, spinach, or red bell peppers. Or try another meat such as Canadian bacon, cooked Italian sausage, or crumbled cooked bacon!
